Entry Level Systems - Typically 1 to 4 Cameras Such systems are ideal for use in domestic environments or in smaller businesses. Typically single outlet retail establishments, courtyards or households. It does not preclude upgrades to larger systems, nor does it imply any loss of performance or felxibility when dealing with advanced features. This system is the most economical way to convert almost any spec of workstation in to a networked CCTV system for up to four cameras with motion detection which can trigger recording or dialling out to a mobile phone to warn of movement being detected out of hours. It can also features a high quality remote viewing facility which would operate over PSTN, ISDN or LAN. Professional Systems - Typically MultiCamera & Multifunction These are designed to the very highest standards and are ideal for use in all types of commercial premises from smaller camera systems right up to hundreds of cameras in high risk environments. The number of cameras used is unrestricted by the hardware involved and may comprise a mixture. This could mean colour, black & white, infra-red etc all working from the same system. It also means that if, for example, a zooming function is needed, this feature can be handled by the workstation/server and removes the need to purchase cameras with a built in zooming capability. Such systems come as standard with a variety of unique features such as high quality digital recording, multiplexing, multicamera playback and remote vision over ISDN, PSTN, LAN or the Internet using web server applications. The remote vision application is ideal for a wide variety of applications such as checking on properties, movement of stock, staff attendance and behaviour and checking/verifying alarm activations etc... Universal Design All of our systems can be used with industry standard CCTV products and can be used with other manufacturers cameras, so there is virtually no restriction on the combinations that can be applied. The PC becomes a powerful CCTV Control Centre offering: Continuous or Movement Activated Recording Movement Activation is possible even on cameras without movement sensors! All the cameras are recorded individually at the same time - so nothing is missed Auto Alert function (informs a pager/phone that movement has been detected) Remote Viewing (dial in to the system from a PC anywhere in the world) Record multiple cameras independently at the same time without interruption View live images of the cameras as a multi camera or individual camera view Playback recordings made earlier without interrupting the current recording All recordings are made on to a hard drive and each camera is recorded without interruption just as with a traditional multiplexer, and because the recordings you have made are digitally stored on to the hard drive, you can zoom in during playback, search and go to a specific time in the recording in seconds, and if you have a printer attached you can even print off an image from the recordings. You are not restricted to having your material on the hard drive only, nor even to having it recorded on site. Remote recording is also possible, via the www and LAN and we can tailor the final format to your requirements as well as modify it as and when required. Computerised storage also means that you can replay the recordings many times over without loss in picture quality and with a better picture quality than VHS recordings. To increase the recording time and reduce wasted recordings with no movement, the system can be set to record only when movement occurs. Further, to reduce the chances of a false alarm the sensitvity of the system to movement can be altered and areas of the view can be digitally masked out of consideration. One application would be to set the sensitivity of the system above the size of your guard dog(s). Or perhaps to mask out a tree line or similar. Once movement has been detected by the system, can dial out to specified individuals and play a recorded message, notifying them that movement has been detected. A second option here is the use of text messages. Once notification has been recieved, you can simply check your premesis by dialing into the system from a remote location. You may then watch or record all the cameras' activities individually or collectively. It is also possible to direct the camera feed directly to the internet. This enables a user to view your cameras from any workstation with internet access, even from a system at an internet cafe. The CCTV system may also be networked to the rest of your system so that images can be viewed from any workstation on the entire network. Additional Features An adjustable frame rate which is automatically divided amongst the active cameras, or can be set by the user for each camera. Even the standard versions of the system record at a rate far faster than a traditional video system. For critical applications higher frame rates are available. Timer Recording To increase the recording time available to you and to ensure the system is only recording when you require it to, a configurable timer can be setup quickly and easily. Ease of Use & Security All the features of the system are straightforward to set up and all features can be protected by a user defined password which allows access only to authorised personnel. Additional Enhancements We Can Provide Microphone & Speakers - Record your own alert messages and sound the alarm when movement occurs. Hard Drives - We configure the available recording time to your requirements Tray Mounted Hard Drives - Slides In & Out of Computer Quickly and Simply for archiving recordings.
